How do I know my TV Licence has been set up?

It can take a few days for us to process your TV Licence order. Once your it has been set up, we’ll attach it to the first monthly bill for your TV Licence inside acasa, so that everyone in the house can see it inside the acasa app. When it’s set up, we’ll make sure the start date of the TV Licence is from whenever you told us you needed it for, so it covers the exact period you need it to.
