My service status says ‘details required’ what does it mean?

9 times out of 10 its as simple as a complication around your address. For instance you could live in Flat C, 10 The Road whereby number 10 hasn’t been updated on some databases our suppliers have to use. It could be Flat 3 or even still just be number 10.
