We’ll take the first payment on move in date, or when your services are first set up. If you book services after moving in, your first bill will be taken straight after booking.<\/p>\n

For example, if you move in on the 15th of January, your first bill will be due on the 15th January (covering you from 15th Jan to 14th Feb) then on 15th Feb your next monthly payment will be collected.<\/p>\n

Your acasa app will help you visualise and keep up to date on when each bill payment is due and how much you need to pay.<\/p>\n

When using Direct Debit, your payment can take up to 5 days to actually leave your bank account. It will show in the app as “pending” until it’s been settled into our account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
