{"id":207,"date":"2018-02-22T13:05:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-22T13:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.helloacasa.com\/faq\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=207"},"modified":"2022-09-01T17:07:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T16:07:50","slug":"a-cost-or-payment-isnt-showing-up-in-the-spending-screen","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.helloacasa.com\/faq\/help\/a-cost-or-payment-isnt-showing-up-in-the-spending-screen\/","title":{"rendered":"A cost or payment isn&#8217;t showing up in the Spending screen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There are a few reasons why this may have happened:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your app hasn&#8217;t loaded the latest version of the data &#8211; you can pull down to refresh on the Spending screen to make sure you have the most recent transactions loaded.<\/li>\n<li>You added the cost when your phone was offline &#8211; make sure your phone is online and is connected and you can try refreshing the data again as above.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;ve just opened that house in the app and there are a lot of historical transactions to load, it will take a few seconds to fetch and load all of the data in the Spending screen.<\/li>\n<li>Someone else in the house has deleted the transaction &#8211; you should have received a notification if that happened, or you can go into the &#8220;History&#8221; section by tapping the clock icon in the corner of the Spending screen to see all house events (including people editing or deleting costs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you still think there are missing transactions or other data, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helloacasa.com\/faq\/help\/how-to-contact-acasa\/\">get in touch with our customer support<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are a few reasons why this may have happened: Your app hasn&#8217;t loaded the latest version of the data &#8211; you can pull down to refresh on the Spending screen to make sure you have the most recent transactions loaded.
