If you have ordered the Goodlord Bills Included package and we have set up your broadband with BT, in most cases you will be able to get connected to the internet straight away after receiving your router.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As soon as you receive your BT 4G Hybrid Connect router you will be able to get connected to the internet by following the instructions. Just plug in our 4G broadband hub, connect and start using broadband services immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You will then be given a date for an engineer visit (if required) to allow you to connect to the fibre optic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

If you have any trouble with setting up your Hybrid Connect router please call BT on 0800 500 247.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
