There’s a couple of reasons why this may have happened:
- Your app hasn’t loaded the latest version of the data – you can pull down to refresh on the Spending screen to make sure you have the most recent transactions loaded.
- You added the cost when your phone was offline – make sure your phone is online and is connected and you can try refreshing the data again as above.
- If you’ve just opened that house in the app and there are a lot of historical transactions to load, it will take a little while to fetch and load all of the data in the Spending screen.
- Someone else in the house has deleted the transaction – you should have received a notification if that happened, or you can go into the “History” section by tapping the clock icon in the corner of the Spending screen to see all house events (including people editing or deleting costs).
